The bridge over the Daugava River consists of a cable-stayed one-pillar bridge over the river with a main span of 312 m, a left-bank span of 89.4 m and a right-bank overpass 87.5 + 64.6 m [1]. On the bridge there are 4 traffic lanes and 2 sidewalks 3 m wide. The total width of the bridge is 28.7 m.

Pylon reinforced A-shaped. The height of the pylon is 109 m. The inclined pylon legs in cross section have a pentagonal shape with an internal cavity in which there are stairs for the service personnel. At a height of 56 m, the pylon legs are connected by a jumper. The cross section of the racks is variable in height.

On the facade, their width varies from 480 below to 400 cm above [1]. At the bottom of the rack pylon embedded in the basement array. The base rests on the foundation in the form of reinforced concrete grillage on drilling piles.

Bridge guys are located in the same vertical plane and fixed in the middle cavity of the box. From the abutment side, 25 guys approach the pylon, and from the side of the span – 24 shafts with 6 ropes, each of which has 24 steel wires with a diameter of 6 mm
